Jace Peters is a 2021 2B/RHP/UT with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Olathe, KS who attends Blue Valley. Strong build with room to fill out. Ran a 7.65 second sixty-yard dash. Worked out defensively as a primary infielder. Flashed low out front funnels with fluid glove actions. Displayed clean footwork working to and through the ball to go along with good range while working to both sides of the infield. Showed clean transfers into throws with good arm strength and accurate carry to the bases topping out at 77 mph to first base. Right handed hitter. Employs an even upright stance with a short leg lift trigger. Uses a slightly downhill barrel path to and through the baseball. Displayed good barrel control and bat speed generating consistent jump off the barrel when on time and squared. Showed the ability to drive the ball to and through the gaps in games with a loud opposite field double. Excellent student.
