Carson Lorch is a 2022 2B/IF/OF with a 5-8 150 lb. frame from Cypress, TX who attends Cypress Woods. Medium build with plenty of to fill out as he continues to develop. Primary infielder, fields out in front, stays low to and through the baseball. Shuffles and low and follows his throws across the diamond. Developing accuracy, transfers cleanly and quickly. At the plate, uses an upright and even stance with a large leg kick trigger. Hands work direct to the baseball. High contact hitter that sprays balls around the diamond. Still understanding his timing and rhythm with the pitcher. Good student in the classroom as well.
