Caleb Scott is a 2023 SS/RHP, 2B with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Bishop Moore. Recorded a 7.46 60-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with an atheltic build and some lower-half strength. Employed excellent body control with smooth, fluid, and natural shortstop actions. Looked comfortable and under control while using soft hands and glovework. Threw accurately on the run and from different angles. Switch-hitter and starts from a narrow base with a high back elbow and hands from the right side. Flashed some whip to the barrel and solid bat speed. Starts narrow with open feet and a lower hand set from the left side. Swing features more loft from the left side accompanied by loose hands. Secondary right-handed pitcher and employs a controlled and methodical delivery. Stayed over the rubber well before landing slightly closed at foot strike. Utilizes a short arm stroke and releases from a high-3/4 slot. Showed arm speed and fastball worked up to 79 mph. Curveball with 11-5 shape and landed it. Changeup with slight cut. Threw all three pitches for strikes. Great student. Verbal commitment to Lipscomb.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
