Kai Paul is a 2022 SS/RHP, 2B with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Wylie, TX who attends Parish Episcopal. Posted a 7.21 in the 60 yard dash. Primary SS, showed easy fundamentals with soft hands and a good glove to both sides. Has knowledge of creating angles with the footwork and the arm work quickly. Right-handed pitcher, has good quick movements in the delivery. Executed with intent and feel for the game, can spin the secondary very well and land it. Effective arm talent and athleticism upside shown. Right-handed hitter, squared start utilized a leg lift trigger on time with quickness in the hands swings with balance and easy impact. Good student.
