Daniel Frawley is a 2016 OF/LHP with a 5-11 168 lb. frame from Fulton, NY who attends John C Birdlebough. Medium, athletic frame with a long and lean build and room to fill out with additional strength. Ran a 7.27 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, shows a very easy arm action with a high slot release and an easy arm action. Shows a quick release with clean fielding actions while collecting well at ball, shows present strength with carry on throws. Also pitched, throws from a three-quarter arm slot while working exclusively from the stretch. Short arm action in the back with an up-tempo delivery, topped at 80 mph with fastball and flashed curveball up to 69 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts with an open stance and a high hand set. Short swing path to the ball, creates leverage in swing with good bat speed coming through the zone. Short hand load, strides to front side early at times but gets the barrel through the zone with a direct hand path to the ball, stays inside well. Very good student.
