Justin Bullock is a 2017 RHP/IF with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Creedmoor, NC who attends South Granville HS. Big athletic build, strong with lots of room to get stronger. Multi-piece delivery with a quick hip turn and coil, deep arm action in back, medium energy at release, fast piece delivery that he holds together well and repeats for its complexity. Fastball topped out at 92 mph, works down in the zone well, mostly straight but with the ability to locate and some plane to the plate. Softer curveball with a slurve type break and occasional depth. Has nice feel for his change up with fading action and a consistent release. Three-pitch arsenal and has deception, next step will be tightening up his breaking ball. Good athlete who runs a 6.86 sixty and shows his arm strength in the infield. Right handed hitter with a rotational pull approach and some bat speed. Good student, verbal commitment to North Carolina State.
