Tanner Gragg is a 2014 C with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Overland Park, KS who attends Blue Valley West HS. Strong athletic build, fairly mature physically. Very good arm strength behind the plate, on line throws, good exchange and release, soft hands receiving, shows good blocking skills, has the tools to be a top level defensive player. Right handed hitter, hand hitch load, some wrap, good hands to the ball, early stride affects timing on occasion, has strength and good bat speed, can drive the ball when squared, hitting tools to continue to develop. Good student.
