Fletcher Byrd is a 2016 LHP/OF with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Peachtree Corners, GA who attends Norcross HS. Extra large build with a lean, projectable frame with long limb. Left handed pitcher who throws from an easy, loose, over the top arm slot. Smooth, balanced , online delivery which is repeated well with long arm action in back. Gets some downhill plane which will improve when lower half is incorporated. Fastball topped at 76 mph with arm side run on the pitch. Curveball shows 1/7 shape at 65 mph. Will continue to improve as body matures and strength is added. Excellent student.
