Matt Loscavio is a 2012 OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Tracy, CA who attends Tracy HS. Medium athletic build, loose actions. Tall stance with narrow base, Longoria approach, complicated timing, whippy swing with good bat speed, ball jumps hard, aggressive hitting approach, swings hard, solid line drives to all fields, sees the ball well, should improve with more strength. 7.21 runner, very aggressive baserunner. Accurate on line throws, charges the ball well, playable raw arm strength, gets to ball quickly. Plays the game hard and competes.
