Kainoa Harrison is a 2014 C/3B, 1B with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Kailua, HI who attends Punahou HS. Strong athletic build. 7.06 runner, athletic actions with good lower body life, quick feet defensively, long arm action with outstanding arm strength, plus carry on throws, accurate, 2.03 game pop, 1.82 in drills. Also played third base and showed athleticism and arm strength. Right handed hitter, balanced stance, quiet load, gets to his front side well, very good bat speed at times, tends to reach outside, quickness to turn on inside pitches and drive them, power potential, has hitting tools to develop, good game swings. Nice all around talent. Good student, verbal commitment to Oregon State.
