Andrew Miller is a 2012 C/RHP, 1B with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Katy, TX who attends Cypress Lakes HS. Strong well put together build. Very good arm strength, sound receiving mechanics, soft hands, good footwork on throws, 2.03 best pop time, can improve lower half flexibility. Right handed hitter, simple swing mechanics, open stance, hands pretty short to the ball, has some hand quickness, tends to hit over his back side, handles the barrel well, mid field contact. also pitched, clean arm action, simple on line delivery, compact arm action. Fastball to 81 mph,, sharp 11/5 curveball is his best pitch, throws strikes with both pitches. Good student.
