Holmes throws from a high 3/4 arm slot, balanced and directional delivery, solid leg drive, ball comes out of hand well, releases out front well, heaviness to fastball, good fade on change, good shape on curve, has chance to be plus pitch. Good arm to follow. He is a good student. Named to Top Prospect Team at this event.
