2025 PG Preseason HS Prospect Showcase
Nicholson Brownstein is a 2028 3B with a 5-7 123 lb. frame from Tampa, FL who attends Berkeley Prep. Primary third baseman with a lean frame and developing build. Recorded a 7.73 seconds 60-yard dash time. Two-hand funnel out front with solid angles to the ball. Some quickness to feet moving around with a high slot on throws across the diamond. Deliberate footwork on approach to gather in the outfield. Fields out front with shorter arm action and uphill release on throws to the bases. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and high hands setup in the box. Short stride with level swing path. Works to the middle of the field with some whip to the barrel through the zone and impact out front. Excellent student.
