Matt Dermody is a 2009 LHP with a 6'5'', 190 lb. frame from Norwalk, IA who attends Norwalk. Dermody is a tall LHP that really projects. His arm is quick and loose and he dominated this outing. He effectively spotted his fastball down in the zone with good life. He should add more velocity as he continues to progress. He also has a nice change to keep hitters of balance. Very good all around potential. He has signed with Iowa.
