Santino Cerruto is a 2031 RHP/3B/OF with a 5-4 107 lb. frame from Toms River, NJ who attends Ranney. Ran a 9.15 sixty-yard dash. Showcased versatility during defensive workouts, appearing both in the infield and the outfield. Cerruto got into position effectively via an in-sync lower half on the dirt, using soft hands and a quick transfer. He delivered throws across the diamond that reached 63 mph. In the outfield, Cerruto attacked well before working into clean funnels and throws that reached 61 mph. At the plate, the New Jersey product starts with an even base before working into a big leg lift, firing through a barrel that produced exit velocities up to 66 mph. On the mound, Cerruto works to the belt and into a short plus quick leg lift, firing down the mound via a high three-quarters slot. He got the fastball up o 61, mixing in a low-50s curveball with depth that kept hitters off balance.
