Nolan LaVoy is a 2027 RHP/3B/MIF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Oregon, WI who attends Oregon. Lean, athletic build with some strength present and more to project for as he continues to physically mature. 7.30 runner in the sixty. Primary right-handed pitcher, utilizes a full wind-up delivery with a belt-high leg lift and drop/drive mechanics. Accelerates his arm well into a high 3/4 arm slot. Fastball showed some natural cut and topped out at 79 mph. Mixed in a slider with some late depth as well. Produced swings and misses with both offerings. Secondary third baseman, works through the baseball well and funnels it cleanly. Showed some feel for his footwork and angles to the baseball. Longer arm action with developing ability to adjust slots on the run. Delivered accurate throws up to 79 mph across the diamond. Right-handed batter, starts in a wide stance with an even hand set-up. Utilizes a simple stride for timing before working into a level bat path. Stays through the baseball well with solid connection maintained through impact. Can get too rotational at times. Has good hand speed with more power to project for moving forward. Posted an exit velocity of 86 mph. Good student.
