Parker Cohoon is a 2027 SS/MIF with a 5-6 140 lb. frame from Romeo, MI who attends Romeo. Smaller, compact build. Ran a 7.20 sixty-yard dash. Primary shortstop, good footwork with lateral mobility. Gets to the spot early, breaks down and fields the ball out front. Clean funnel, medium arm action to a higher three-quarters release. Arm across was solid and accurate, recorded throws up to 70 mph. Right-handed hitter, slightly open stance with good balance. High hands and a high back elbow set in the stance, heel lift trigger stride, coils into the back hip, drove the ball to the opposite field consistently. Solid foundational swing to continue building onto in the coming years. Recorded an exit velocity of 74 mph. Great student.
