Gideon Lesslie is a 2025 3B/2B, SS, MIF, IF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Anchorage, AK who attends Dimond. Compact athletic frame. In the infield, he waits back to the fielding point with heavy feet when working laterally. Glove works out front with decent funnel up the middle. Short arm action produced accurate throws across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, wide base with negative shift in the load. Generates solid pull side power with his strong and efficient lower half turn. Top hand domiante hitter that keeps the barrel in the zone for awhile. On the mound, Moderate frame with big leg kick into a full arm swing and high three-quarter release. Slider is steady with lengthy sweep, not overly deceptive. Filled it up and got outs in a brief look. 7.45 60-yard. Good student.
