Riley Anderson is a 2025 C/RHP with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from El Cajon, CA who attends Saint Augustine. Small lean backstop that defnsively showed solid direction with developing strength behind accurate thows down to second. At the plate, he sets up with medium slightly open stance that works into a hearty load. The approach works line to line with occasional gap power. On the mound, Low hands at start , with a big glove hand together movement to the top of head. Head stays on target well, arm slot could be a bit more cositistant. Fastball Is straight mostly and can locate. Curve casts a bit, did release one out front nicely, that was his best one. This primary catcher knows how to pitch and has a good feel for the game. 2025 grad has time to strengthen, and will be a good player at whatever he decides to do. 7.81 60-yard. 2.29 pop. Good student.
