Harper Seaton is a 2026 LHP/1B/OF with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Marion, IA who attends Linn-Mar. He has a taller and leaner frame with length to his levers in his upper and lower half. Room to keep filling out moving forward. Ran an 8.02 60-yard dash. He worked out as a first baseman, where he used two hands with the glove as he gathered and funneled into his throws. He showed a shorter release on his throws and had quick feeds working to second base. He stayed compact with the arm action and was able to throw uphill across the diamond with accuracy around the bag. Threw 64 mph across the diamond. He worked out as an outfielder as well, throwing 64 from the outfield with a shuffling motion as he worked into his throws. He had an uphill path, using his longer levers well here. He fielded the ball deep and worked through it well with accuracy around the bag as well here. He swung it from the left side with an open stance, higher-set hands, a high back elbow, and an even base. He kicked the front foot before working into contact with a level and linear path through contact. He stayed shorter and compact to it with the heads, being able to get his hands on it. He worked the pull-side gap during his round of BP swings and was able to pick up a couple of swings working backside as well during his round of BP swings.
