Connor “Goose” Zuehlsdorff is a 2027 RHP/SS with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Napa, CA who attends Justin-Siena. Athletic build with length and room to add strength. Ran a 7.81 sixty yard dash. Primary right handed pitcher, big sidestep in the windup with a quicker leg lift to the mid section and foot tap for rhythm, gets the hips and lower half involved nicely, short stride with a fast arm and quick shoulder, deceptive qualities in the arm stroke behind the back, fastball had straight life in the mid to upper 70's, curveball showed bat missing action with tight spin and two plane shape, confident in mixing pitched and using the curveball in any count. Also worked out in the outfield, aggressive charge to the ball, topped out at 80 mph in drill work. Right handed hitter, inward toe tap into stride, timing intensive mechanics, will improve with more rhythm and consistent timing at the plate, linear swing plane with best contact to the middle of the field. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
