Camilo Gutierrez is a 2028 OF with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Barcelona, Venezuela. Medium, athletic frame with broad shoulders and present strength proportioned throughout frame. Ran a 7.38 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves well to the ball and shows aggressiveness in actions, lots of athleticism, fields it out front, smooth and clean arm action with solid arm strength and carry to the intended base, plenty of accuracy, repeats and arm is a big tool; showed good first step and range in live action in center field. Also pitched, athletic delivery with smoothness to it, gets extended with a clean arm action and lower three-quarters release. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, easy velocity, filled the zone to both sides of plate; brief outing, big sweeping shape to slider with depth at 63 mph. Left-handed hitter, begins with a medium base and open stance with a high back elbow. Long and loose swing with low effort juice coming off of the barrel. Strength in hands and consistently turns on baseballs, shows lift in path and intriguing carry to the pull side. Named to the 2023 13u Perfect Game Select Festival.
