2023 WWBA Underclass Workout Showcase (Sept 27)
Alex Kerr is a 2025 3B/RHP, 2B, MIF, OF with a 5-10 183 lb. frame from Niskayuna, NY who attends Niskayuna. Medium, broad shouldered frame with present strength proportioned throughout, longer limbs. Ran a 7.70 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, moves well laterally on feet, actions play well on a corner, carry on throws across the diamond with present arm strength, fields the ball out front, will continue to refine. Right-handed hitter, begins with an even base and a high hand set and back elbow at the plate, utilizes a leg lift trigger moving into his stride. Loads hands back at start of swing, shows strength in hands and wrists and does a nice job of staying direct to the baseball from launch. Full finish through point of contact, ball jumps well to the pull side when squared up, repeats swing. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
