Braxton Mobley is a 2025 OF/LHP, 1B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Surprise, AZ who attends Shadow Ridge. Features a medium, athletic frame with a strong lower half. He uses a three-pitch mix that includes a fastball, curveball and change up. He throws out of a 3/4 arm slot. He works with efficiency. Fastball has good cut action to it. His curveball has a slurvy shape. In the outfield he has proper footwork and glove mechanics. He has a developing arm with the ability to one hop. At first base he again showed proper mechanics and made all the plays effortlessly. He had accurate double play feeds throughout. At the plate he has a wide stance and takes a direct path to the baseball. He has a pull side approach with present bat speed. He is a good student.
