Landon Eifler is a 2027 3B/RHP/SS with a 6-3 206 lb. frame from Zelienople, PA who attends North Catholic. Big and strong athletic build, especially for his age/class. 7.62 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, fields the ball out front with good glove mechanics and positioning, soft hands, longer arm action with good raw arm strength, tends to throw with too much effort hurting his accuracy. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow upright stance with a deep hanging leg raise load and long stride into contact, some bat wrap creates extra length, handled the barrel well and is strong enough to impact the ball, best when he was shortening his leg raise and stride. Also pitched, works from an abbreviated wind up with a high leg raise start, has a loose and easy arm action coming through. Fastball topped out at 84 mph with some cutting action, throws his fastball to spots, projects more velocity in the future.. Curveball had good depth and hitters didn't see it well. Has two-way potential. Very good student. Named to the PG Pittsburgh Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
