2025 PG South High School All-State Games (Invite Only)
Colton Walker is a 2027 OF/MIF with a 5-8 165 lb. frame from Friendswood, TX who attends Friendswood. Primary OF with a lean and athletic frame. Moves well to the ball with a one hand gather off to the side. Real athletic mover with quick choppy feet and takes good quality routes and angles to the ball. Showed compact arm action from a high 3/4 slot release and throws made low liner with accuracy. Was up to 86 from the outfield. Also ran a 6.69 sixty. Also played infield moving well to the ball with a quick first step. Works to it fine and gets around it well. Profiles best in the outfield. Right-handed hitter with a medium and even base. Showed good bat speed with strong ability to leverage and lift. Uses the middle of the field well with strong pull-side power projecting extremely well. Strength off the barrel and at impact was quite evident. Plenty of bat speed here to work with and should only get better. Hit a ton in game action as well after a loud round of BP. Both hit and power project well. Good Student. Named to the South High School All State Games TP List.
