Trevor Bailey is a 2026 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Oneida, NY who attends Oneida Senior. Big build with strong legs. Durable look. Stretch only operation with linear stride down the slope. Belt high lift. Decent sink down into it, long fluid stroke to three-quarters release. Flows through it well,. Creates solid arm side run to a quality fastball. Breaking ball is good with late bite and tight horizontal action. Loading up the zone with premium stuff. Spotting the fastball to the glove side with frequency. Easy outing to take in, could get very good in the near future. In the infield, he shows corner type actions with heavy feet when moving laterally. Backhand mechanic could use some clean up. Long arm action with decent strength out of the hand. Accurate across the diamond. Left-handed hitter, medium base, low back elbow and slightly open stance. Swing has a good bit of loft. Flashed pullside power that blended with the path, plays in the air. Showed better in-game than he did in batting practice. 5.10 40-yard. Excellent student. Named to the Top Prospect list.
