Jared Eisiminger is a 2023 RHP/1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Lexington, KY who attends Lafayette. Ran a 7.27 60-yard dash. Features a tall, lanky build with some strength present. Has room to add more. Primary righthanded pitcher. Throws exclusively out of the stretch. Used a belt high leg kick into a long stride down the mound. Stays on-line through the target well. Gets into the lower half using drop and drive delivery. Displayed quick arm speed out of a high 3/4 slot. Allows the ball to jump out of his hand. Showcased a firm fastball at 84-88 mph. The offering has deceptive ride through the zone when thrown well. Got ahead of hitters frequently by throwing it for strikes early and often. It paired with a slider that sat in the low-70’s. Creates late, downward biting action on the pitch. Still refining command of the offering but the movement still generates swing and misses. The projectable frame and quality two-pitch mix makes Eisiminger an intriguing arm. Excellent student. Named to the Indianapolis Indoor Top Prospect list.
