Alex Allain is a 2026 SS/2B/OF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Fryeburg, ME who attends Fryeburg Academy. Medium athletic build with very good present strength, especially in his lower half. 7.04 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, moves to the ball well and carries momentum into his throws, active feet, will occasionally mix in a few extra steps, clean back hand actions, very good arm strength. Left handed hitter, sets up in a spread and slightly open stance with a hanging front leg timer, has quick hands, and creates present bat speed, hard line drive impact to all fields, flashed his power potential.
