Eric Nelson is a 2026 OF/RHP/3B with a 6-4 162 lb. frame from Madera, CA who attends Madera. Long and slender athletic build with lots of room to get stronger. 6.91 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder who also has two way talent on the mound. Hard charger in the outfield, staying balanced on approach with a clean glove. Live, loose arm and gets it out quick, showing carry and accuracy to the bags. Projectable actions on the mound, throwing out of a three-quarter arm slot with feel the zone, landing the entire mix efficiently. Uses the long frame to create extension down the mound with a repeatable, balanced delivery. Wide base at the plate with an upright stance and low back elbow start. Level bat path with present bat speed. Generates from the lower half, showing strength to the pull side. Outstanding student. Named to the PG Sunshine Northern California Showcase Top Prospect List.
