Xavier Howard is a 2026 OF/RHP/SS with a 5-2 130 lb. frame from Woodstock, GA who attends River Ridge. Smaller compact build. Right handed hitter, hits from a very open start with a hanging leg raise close, has a loose and extended swing, opens his front side aggressively, mid field to pull side line drive contact. 7.68 runner in the sixty. Played both outfield and infield on defense, profiles best at second base in the future, moved well in the infield with soft hands fielding the ball and a smooth transition into throwing, made accurate throws. Was aggressive to the ball in the outfield and showed the same soft hands and quick release. Also pitched, has a long arm action from a big side step start, works down the mound with a 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 68 mph with occasional cutting actions. Also threw a sweeping breaking ball, tends to slow his arm on the curveball.
