Triton Ayala is a 2027 1B/LHP, OF with a 5-8 110 lb. frame from Peoria, AZ who attends Sunrise Mountain. Features a slender build with room to add. Ran a 7.98 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman. Showed the ability to make the routine play consistently. Moves well laterally. Showed an accurate arm across with more arm strength to come. Threw 64 mph during workouts. Left-handed hitter. Utilizes a narrow base stance with a moderate leg lift timing mechanism. Swings on an uppercut path with a pullside approach. Looks to hit the ball in the air consistently. Power should continue to increase as the frame fills out. Left-handed pitcher. Gets down the mound well with fairly low effort. Hides the ball well into a high 3/4 slot release. Fastball sat 62-65 mph with more in the tank. Paired it with a mid-50’s curveball that can be thrown for strikes. Pitch mix showed the ability to miss bats fairly often. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
