2022 National Indoor Showcase (Saturday)
Ryker Williams is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Wildwood, MO who attends Christian Brothers College. Smaller young build with plenty of time and room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, loads into his back hip with a leg raise load, loads his hands deep and high, downhill swing plane with some developing raw bat speed, contact to all fields. 7.92 runner, developing actions through the ball in the outfield, can be more aggressive into the ball which will benefit the carry on his throws. Also pitched, high leg raise/kick delivery with a low 3/4's arm slot, pretty low effort and fluid mechanics. Fastball topped out at 75 mph, gets nice arm side run and sink from his lower slot. Got over his curveball well and showed feel for dropping it into the strike zone with some 11/5 shape. Has a feel for pitching and changing speeds/creating movement.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
