2023 High School All State Select Championship (2026-2027 Grads)
Anderson Lambert is a 2027 OF/RHP/IF with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Laurel, MD who attends Mcdonogh. Nice young athletic build with lots of physical projection ahead. Right handed hitter, hits from a balanced base with a high hand load, simple and well timed load and stride into contact, has fast hands and creates easy bat speed, gets extended well, works gap to gap and showed power to the opposite field gap, very projectable young hitter. 7.27 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has easy athletic actions to the ball and a quick release on his throws, loose and easy arm, makes accurate throws with very good carry for his age. Also plays the infield and is athletic enough to develop there but has much better present actions in the outfield. Also pitched, works from a fast paced delivery with a high leg raise over the rubber, stays balanced and on line, has a fast arm from a mid 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 84 mph with good run and sink from that arm slot. Slider was a nice tight pitch with sharp sweeping life. Tools give him a chance on the mound as a two-way prospect. Excellent student. Named to the HS All-State Select Championship Top Prospect List.
