2025 PG Virginia Indoor Showcase
Henry Knighton is a 2025 RHP/MIF/OF with a 5-10 190 lb. frame from Richmond, VA who attends St. Christopher's. Medium frame with a well-built build and present strength. Primary right-handed pitcher works from a full windup from the first base side of the rubber. Big step to the side and holds hands just in front of his chin. Belt high leg lift before breaking hands into full in-line arm path. Quick cadence as he works to balance. Very linear path down the slope and works well in his legs. Attacking hitters with his fastball (2388 RPM) that was up to 89. Pumped strikes with the fastball/slider (2452 RPM) that was in the upper-70s with tight rotation and smaller tilt. Good direction and rotates hard in the torso. Both pitches profile well. Showed a standard change-up (1652 RPM) in the upper-70s. Exciting player with a high ceiling. Great student. George Washington commit. Named to the 2025 Virginia Indoor Showcase Top Prospect list.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
