Brennan Neal is a 2027 OF/RHP/SS with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from Columbus, GA who attends Brookstone. Long and lean high waisted athletic build with lots of physical projection remaining. 6.48 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense who also has prospect tools in the middle infield and on the mound. Tends to wait back on the ball in the outfield and field the ball off to the side, clean arm action, more there with better momentum into his throws. Showed better actions in the infield, takes good routes to the ball, quick first step and showed his agility in games, nice back hand footwork, smooth and effortless actions and arm strength. Strongly looked like a primary middle infielder this event. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread and straight stance with a busy hand load that can impact his timing, has bat speed and the ball comes off hot when squared, high ceiling at the plate with adjustments and additional strength. Works from an abbreviated wind up on the mound from the third base side of the rubber, rhythmic mechanics, 3/4's arm slot with good extension out front. Fastball topped out at 91 mph, also threw a soft short slider and a tumbling change up. Outstanding student. Named to the PG Uncommitted Select Games Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
