2025 PG Sunshine Southeast Showcase (National Showcases Qualifier)
Michael Heath is a 2026 OF/RHP/3B with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Lawrenceville, GA who attends Brookwood. Bigger athletic build with good present strength. 6.99 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has very good arm strength with lots of projection remaining, makes low on line and accurate throws. Also worked out in the infield but has much better actions and confidence in the outfield. Right handed hitter, starts from a wide base, has a simple and repeatable swing tends to cut himself off out front, has solid bat speed with gap to gap line drive contact, more power with more extension through contact, did jump on a pitch up in the zone and hit it out in the games. Took a turn on the mound, works from the stretch on the third base side of the rubber, simple turn and throw mechanics. Fastball topped out at 84 mph to go with a soft curveball, threw strikes and competed. Good student.
