Damien Gatson is a 2025 OF with a 6-0 188 lb. frame from Mobile, AL who attends Mobile Christian. Strong athletic build with room to get stronger. 6.74 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder with a short and quick over the top arm action that produces good carry on his throws, plenty of speed to play in the middle of the field, tends to sweep his glove fielding, clean transitions into throwing. Left handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with limited lower half shift into contact, rotational upper body hitter, flashes some strength when he's squared up. Very good athlete who will continue to improve as his skills catch up to his tools. Good student, verbal commitment to South Alabama.
