Luca Saroyan is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Vallejo, CA who attends Homeschool. Features a longer, lean, athletic frame with plenty of room to add. Offers a four-pitch mix that includes fastball, curveball, splitter and changeup. Has a belt high leg lift into a downhill delivery while throwing out of a three-quarter slot with medium arm action. Splitter moves to the arm side and shows deception. Locates the changeup down in the zone effectively. Overall, a simple, balanced, repeatable delivery. Showed proper technique while working out in the outfield. Hard charger while fielding out front and working through the baseball. Clean glove with a quick transfer into a quick release with short arm action. Showed one-hop accuracy with present carry. Medium base in the box with a slightly open stance and a high back elbow. Uses a leg lift load and stays on a level plane with an all-fields approach. Ran a 7.80 sixty-yard dash. Good Student.
