2026 PG Jr. National Showcase
Jaim Jorfredo Ferreira is a 2028 RHP/OF with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Caguas, PR who attends Sunshine State Elite Academy. Medium build with some present strength. Works from the stretch with a coiled hip turn delivery with a 3/4's arm action, gets into his legs well coming down the mound, some energy at release but has good balance and direction. Fastball sat in the mid-80's and topped out at 87 mph, has been up to 90 mph at PG events this summer, showed very good command of his fastball to both sides of the plate and kept it out of the middle. Showed good feel for a low 70's curveball with some 11/5 depth, also threw a developing change up that he killed the spin well on. Strike thrower who competes well. Excellent student.
