Tanner Stroup is a 2026 LHP/OF with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Altoona, PA who attends Altoona Area. Physical build and look with present strength in both halves, athletic as a whole. Ran a 6.56 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, medium depth arm action and gets on top of it at release with a higher three-quarters slot, leg lift above the belt, slight coil into the back hip at apex of lift, up to 85-mph with subtle cut on the heater and worked 83+ throughout the outing, worked the glove side heavily, very tight slider in the upper 70's that flashed some cutter tendencies at times, direction down slope leaves him glove side, projects on the bump. Secondary outfielder, longer build to it, low slot release, accurate to the bag. Right-handed hitter, medium base with even feet, high hands, big leg lift, repeats swing and has impact off the barrel, consistent round. Athletic kid with strength and size, projects well on the bump with a good swing to pair.
