Knox Myers is a 2029 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-2 155 lb. frame from Riverview, FL who attends A3 Academy. Long and lean young build. Primary shortstop who graded out higher as a right handed pitcher at this event. Works from a high effort delivery with good downhill angle to the plate, athleticism holds the mechanics together. Fastball topped out at 92 mph with angle and some life down in the zone. Threw both a slider and curveball, curveball was the better pitch with sharpness and feel for the zone, still developing consistency with the sider but creates big sweeping depth. 7.03 runner in the sixty. Showed step by step actions to the ball, longer release with multiple steps, showed his arm strength. Similar actions and arm strength in the outfield. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a short lift and replace load, upper body arm driven swing, has some strength at impact when he's timed up. Excellent student.
