Owen Mansfield is a 2026 SS/2B/3B with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Cedar Park, TX who attends Cedar Park. Big and strong young build. Right handed hitter, hits from an open stance with a big load onto his back side, moves and and clears his strong hips well, short to the ball and long through contact with nice extension, hs present bat speed and showed some barrel control as well, drove the gaps hard both in batting practice and in games, lots of projection as a hitter as he continues to get stronger. 7.24 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, moves well for his size and is more comfortable playing on the move than he is stationary, fields the ball cleanly, second base arm strength with more of a second base arm slot. Bat is his primary tool, defense will figure itself out with time. Good student. Named to the Sunshine South Showcase Top Prospect List.
