2023 National Underclass Showcase-Main Event
Christian Barnes is a 2026 OF with a strong, athletic 5-11 185 lb. frame from North Wales, PA who attends North Penn. Started off the event clocking a 6.92 60-yard dash. Showed well in the outfield working through the ball aggressively and with confidence. Was able to deliver the ball online, one hopping the glove consistently. Has a shorter arm stroke with developing arm strength. At the plate Barnes gave an athletic look showing excellent bat speed, strong hands and squared up the baseball with consistency, driving it into the gaps with backspin.
