Dustin Dunwoody is a 2026 RHP/1B/OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Simi Valley, CA who attends Royal. Slender athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Works from an athletic delivery with a loose and fast arm action, 3/4's to high 3/4's arm slot with very good extension down the mound, drop and drive mechanics create a lower launch angle. Fastball was in the low 90's and topped out at 94 mph, had some ride at times and was straighter mid-zone, missed barrels with the fastball, more velocity there as he matures physically. Threw a short bullet slider as his breaking ball with some tightness and spin. Mixed in an occasional firm straight change up. Outstanding student with a verbal commitment to Arizona.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
