Camden Dean is a 2028 OF/LHP/1B with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Southlake, TX who attends Southlake Carroll. Tall and athletic build with good present strength. 6.92 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, had good energy to and through the ball, clean glove work and transition into throwing, made low on-line throws and was accurate, overall athleticism showed well. Secondary left-handed pitcher, compact arm action with low 3/4 slot. Abbreviated windup with east/west type arsenal. Two-seam fastball with arm side run and tight sweeping slider. Flashed a low spin changeup with fading action. Repeats the delivery with a feel for the zone and tempo to the operation. Switch-hitter with balanced base from the right side with relaxed hands. Direct to the zone with flat bat path working middle of the field. Left-handed hitter with more upright stance and rhythm in the hands. Leverages the ball out front with barrel release at impact. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
