Max Riggs is a 2026 2B/SS/RHP with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Franklin, TN who attends Franklin Road Academy. Bigger athletic build with good present strength, especially in the lower half. Right handed hitter, sets up in a medium base with a high back elbow start, small stride into contact, has a lofted swing plane, good leverage and connection at impact, looking to pull and impact the ball, power projects. 7.44 runner in the sixty. Primary second baseman on defense, has good actions to his back hand, fields the ball cleanly, gets on top of his throws well from the hole and makes accurate throws. Took a turn on the mound, has drop and drive mechanics with a 3/4's arm slot, gets into his lower half well. Threw strikes with a three-pitch mix, fastball was in the upper 70's, slider was a solid pitch with some depth, also had some feel for a firm change up. Good student.
