Chase Domreis is a 2030 OF/RHP/1B with a 6-2 215 lb. frame from Slidell, LA who attends Holy Cross. Larger frame with present strength and plenty of projection for long term development. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.53 seconds. Primary position outfielder, moving well through his reps and working the glove out front and to the side before a clean midline transfer. Pretty good first step quickness and getting around the ball in good shape. Deliberate release through a high 3/4 arm angle generating true throws up to 82 mph with one hop accuracy. Arm is s solid tool here. RHH starting from a wider and a touch open with his stance, clean handset with some pre-pitch rhythm. Small leg lift and gets moving, generating solid bat speed with strength in his hands that translates well. Real hit tool here with projectable power and consistently on the barrel with lofted pull side impact. Performed well in live game action with the stick as well. Power oriented tools to watch here.
