Corey Cole is a 2027 3B/RHP/IF with a 6-2 155 lb. frame from Jurupa Valley, CA who attends Ganesha. Slender athletic frame. Ran a 7.70 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman with fundamental footwork taking efficient angles to the baseball, solid average glove actions and a short arm action with a quick release on throws across the diamond. Hit from an even base and upright stance, checkmark bat path, casts the barrel some and creates length and leverage in the swing with an up the middle approach. Projects for some power with added strength. Showed some projectable traits on the mound and solid average arm speed out of a three-quarter slot. Moved athletically, got the fastball into the low 80's and spun the breaking ball above 2300 RPM consistently. High percentage strike thrower with traits to develop on the mound. Named to National All-State Select top prospect list. Great student.
