Garrett Diem is a 2021 RHP/2B, 3B, SS with a 5-11 173 lb. frame from Kingman, AZ who attends Lee Williams. Medium frame with compact, strong build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.35 seconds. Primary righthanded pitcher, simple operation with good timing, fluid arm stroke that stays compact, fastball worked 81-84 mph with good feel for the zone, showed curveball with good bite and spin. Hits from even, narrow-based stance with hands on inside path, has strength when barrel gets out front, stiffness there. Worked out in the infield, clocked up to 79 mph across. Good student, named to 2021 Sunshine Southwest Top Prospect List.
